Elastic Light — a glowing arch of luminous strands, visitors reaching in to touch the light

“Art is an experience,
not an object.”

Jasmine creates immersive experiences at the intersection of human connection, light, and invisible forces. She is the inventor of Elastic Light, a new medium that makes light tangible.

Instrument of Light

Jasmine pictured inside her first prototype.

Elastic Light — light made tangible.

An elastic architecture that moves with you: voluminous, touchable light you can sculpt, shape, and stretch with your own hands.

WEAVE

A living social architecture for human connection.

Jasmine is the founder of WEAVE — an analog social club weaving people back together through presence and creativity.

Relational Art

A social sculpture.

Jasmine creates real-life, in-person worlds that use human encounters as their medium. Strangers from different walks of life, languages, and cultures enter them and activate them — an unscripted, unrepeatable moment defined by curiosity, play, and presence.

She sees the invisible threads between people as unrealized connections, and makes them visible. Like constellations pulled down to eye level, her installations materialize the interconnectedness that is already there.
